As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients per physician orders/referrals
• Developing and updating individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Documenting services accurately and timely
• Supervising COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications for this role include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
