We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square. As a Certified Caregiver , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

As a Certified Caregiver , you will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and behaviors

• Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participating in residents' activities and programs to enhance their overall quality of life

• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our residents

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding residents

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare staff

• Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Must be a certified caregiver with a valid certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and comfortably

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care
