We're looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join us on Thursdays and Fridays, with occasional coverage on Wednesdays. New grads are welcome—we love mentoring fresh talent! Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description What You’ll Do: • Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed. • Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. • Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care. • Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners. • Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health. • Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience. • Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued. • Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records. •Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's needs. • Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care. Salary Range part-time $50 - $62 per hour Salary based on Experience.
