About This Role The RN Health Coach at Evernorth in Dallas, TX, is responsible for providing onsite health coaching and support to clients, helping them improve their health outcomes through personalized plans and education. Highlights Location: Dallas, TX Brand/Division: Evernorth Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support. Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities. Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized goals. Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes. Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health. Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities. Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks and blood pressure checks. Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes. Support health-related site events, including open enrollment and health fairs. Requirements Education: Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state required. Experience: 3+ years of experience in health and wellness field required. 1+ year of health coaching/health education experience required.
