Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including modalities, manual techniques, and common exercise techniques.
• Instruct and guide patients through functional activities such as bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans; monitor patient progress and adjust as needed.
• Document patient status and communicate with supervising PT to coordinate care.
• Mentor and train staff on technical skills as appropriate.
• Work with minimal supervision and uphold professional standards of care in the home health setting.

Requirements

• Current physical therapist license in Oregon (active and in good standing)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Relevant clinical experience; home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform duties in a home health setting and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to participate in a 13-week travel assignment starting 11/30/2026
