Revit Designer

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of Revit modeling experience. Prior experience directing Jr. Modelers. Experience working on multi-million dollar projects.

Job Description: We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and highly technical Revit Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing detailed 3D electrical models and construction documentation. You will collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and field teams to develop clash-free conduit layouts from conceptual design through fabrication and as-built phases. You will also assist in giving direction to the other modelers on the team, but will not be directly responsible for supervision. This is a fully remote position for the duration of the project.

Day to Day: • Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with clients and the Design Engineering team to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines, and manage expectations. • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. • Strong Project Engineering, technical project management skills, background, and the ability to manage various projects in multi-region. • Support and Lead projects in drafting & Modeling. • Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients. • Perform QC by reviewing drawings and evaluating the need for design changes, make appropriate recommendations. • Ensure that production of drawings meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements. • DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance. • Provides guidance and mentorship to Design Engineers and Associate Design Engineers. • Must be able to always maintain a positive attitude and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
