Electronic Panel Board Assembler Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hr Build the Technology That Powers Industry

We're looking for an Electronic Panel Board Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help build electrical control panels used in a variety of industrial applications while working in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Assemble electrical and electronic components for custom control panel boards.
• Route, connect, and organize wiring according to schematics and assembly drawings.
• Work with small hand tools, electronic components, and precision parts.
• Perform soldering and wiring tasks as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while meeting production goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure products are completed safely and on schedule.

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or related environments.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, or soldering techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

• Electronic assembly or panel-building experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Machine operation experience.
• Experience working with wiring, electrical components, or control panels.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and manufacturing processes.

Competitive pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hr

You'll work in a clean, organized production facility with dedicated assembly stations and supportive teammates. This position involves detailed bench assembly work and hands-on interaction with electrical components, wiring, and control panel systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
