- Demonstrate Covista values and remain open to coaching and constructive feedback to support professional development
- Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain access to vendor systems, federal agencies (including VA systems such as Enrollment Manager)
- Partner cross-functionally, applying knowledge of military benefits, federal regulations, finance, and higher education policies to resolve student account inquiries
- Actively engage in team meetings, special projects, and organizational initiatives
- Perform regular account reconciliation and proactive follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks
- Maintain an annual quality assurance accuracy rating of 95% or higher
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining adherence to all policies and standards
