Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Doctors Regional, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have at least 2 years of Emergency Department experience and be comfortable handling critical cases with a focus on Neuro and Cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient care in a high-volume ED.
• Perform emergency procedures such as STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience as an RN.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and either ENPC or PALS certification required.
• Additional certifications such as CPI and TNCC are preferred.
