ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Setupandoperateinstrumentsusedfordonorqualificationanddonation; PerformallnecessarystepsforsuccessfullyharvestingSourcePlasma. Perform arm scrubinaccordance withSOP. Monitordonors andequipmentoperationtoensurehealth ofdonor andqualityof product. Ensureandmaintainaccurateandthorough documentationofnecessaryrecordsasrequiredbySOPs. Buildrapportwithdonorsto ensure overallcustomersatisfactionwithcenterandencouragereturnvisits. Ensureaccurate andthorough documentationin NexLynk andnecessaryrecords asrequiredby SOP. Preparebleachsolutionsandotherdisinfectantsolutionsasrequired. Cleanandperformdaily,weeklyandmonthlymaintenance ofPCS2. Ensurepropercleaningofequipmentandsuppliestopreventcrosscontamination. Cleanbeds,cartsand/orotherequipmentONDONORFLOOR. Logandstockincomingsupplies as needed. Ensuredonorconfidentialityismaintained. Maintaininstrumentsusedfordonorqualificationanddonation; Documentoperationalandmaintenance activities; Assesssupplyinventory;orderandrestock, asneeded; Attendto donor’sneeds,includingdonorreactions. Adheretoall companypolicies, proceduresand safetyrules as stated in the EmployeeHandbook and as otherwise postedor communicated. Anyotherdutiesasassigned.
