What You'll Do

As a Shipping & Labeling Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising employees and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new employees and ensure compliance with shipping and labeling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prioritize workloads and assign tasks to team members
• Print packing slips and verify that orders are accurately pulled, labeled, consolidated, and loaded
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Conduct 1-week, 3-week, 6-week, and annual performance evaluations
• Provide clear instructions, monitor progress, and deliver constructive feedback
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees for future growth opportunities
• Report significant personnel, maintenance, production, or operational concerns to management
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company success

• Proven leadership ability with experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
• Detail-oriented with experience ensuring inventory, quality, and safety compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift overhead.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
