Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Salem, AR supporting home health patients. Provide evaluations, reassessments, start-of-care visits, and treatment visits to patients in their homes while working within a 50-mile coverage radius. You will document care in a timely manner consistent with agency policy. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Salem, AR during work shifts. Efficiency in documentation and prioritization of thorough, quality care visits.
