The Office of the New York State General (OAG) is seeking an experienced attorney for the Criminal Enforcement and Financial Crimes Bureau (CEFC), based in New York City. The bureau investigates and prosecutes criminal acts related to securities fraud, embezzlement, unlicensed practice of law, and other white-collar crimes.
