Our Customer Service Representative is a key part of the client experience, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through while handling service requests, payments, policy changes, and client education. This is not a cold sales role, but the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships is important. .

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Process payments, policy changes, endorsements, and service requests
• Educate clients on their coverage and help them understand their insurance options
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure coverage aligns with client needs
• Identify and recommend additional coverage opportunities to existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
• Work collaboratively with producers and team members to support agency goals

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Insurance experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Must hold or obtain Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses
