Welder Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required.
• Measure, cut, fit, and weld structural steel and other metals. Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely, including saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Welder Fabricator Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Welding certifications are a plus but are not required.
