Earn $15.50–$16.25 per hour , plus the opportunity to earn a $50 weekly attendance bonus . These are temp-to-hire positions , with eligibility for permanent hire after 90 days based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

• Pay: $15.50–$16.25 per hour

• Bonus: $50 weekly attendance bonus for associates who meet applicable attendance requirements

• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll support fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse operations while helping keep production and shipping running efficiently.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

• Perform general labor and material handling duties

• Lift, move, and stage materials throughout the facility

• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment

• Load and unload trucks

• Perform quality checks on finished products

• Assist with assembly and production line operations

• Support machine setup and production activities as needed

• Assist with inventory handling and order fulfillment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow established safety procedures and company policies

• Work with your team to meet daily production and shipping goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to communicate effectively and understand work instructions and safety procedures in English

• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment

• Steel-toed footwear is required

• Ability to perform general production and material handling duties

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Must successfully complete required background check and drug screening

• Former Arlington Industries employees are not eligible for rehire
