Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Nursing

SCHEDULE: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
- Evaluate patient progress towards health outcomes and modify care plans as necessary.
- Provide educational information to patients and families regarding health and treatment options.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Requirements for orientation and training procedures to be defined by the facility.
- Compliance with health safety standards is mandatory.
