You'll build the services, APIs, deployment pipelines, and platform tooling that enable a fast-moving product team to ship reliable, performant features to end users. This role sits at the intersection of backend development and infrastructure — you'll write application-level code and also make sure it runs smoothly at scale.The WorkDesign, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power core product features (transactions, wallet management, DeFi integrations, user accounts)Own and evolve the infrastructure layer — CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-codeBuild and operate scalable, reliable systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)Develop high-quality, performant, modern, clean and readable code within tight deadlinesDevelop internal tooling and platform primitives that accelerate the product engineering teamImplement observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure high availability and fast incident responseCollaborate closely with product, design, and frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end featuresContribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and engineering standards as the team growsOwn the development and maintenance of the project from ideation to deploymentMust Have7+ years of experience in backend engineering, with meaningful exposure to infrastructure, platform, or DevOps/SRE workStrong proficiency in Golang (5+ years)Experience designing and building production APIs and microservices at scaleHands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for multi-service deploymentsStrong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and systems-level debuggingExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with blockchain systems or integrating blockchain-based backends into consumer-facing productsUnderstanding of cryptographic primitives (public/private keys, hash functions, Merkle trees)Experience with the Cosmos SDK / CometBFT technology stackBackground in fintech, payments, or wallet infrastructureExperience with performance optimization, load testing, and capacity planningFamiliarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar)Contributions to open-source projectsBenefitsWork remotely from anywhere in the worldWork on exciting things at the intersection of fintech and cryptoFlexible working hoursFlexible vacation policyCompetitive salaryStock optionsFull benefits**Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k retirement plans for US employees only.J-18808-Ljbffr Saga.xyz
