COMPANY VEHICLE $750/Week Salary plus commission Competitive Commission Plan with uncapped earning potential Additional High-Converting Leads for employees who excel with CRM and digital tools Flexible Schedule – 40 hour work week Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Benefits Paid Vacation & Time Off Family-Owned, Team-Oriented Culture with long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting the right new or used vehicle Manage showroom traffic and follow up with online customer leads Perform vehicle demonstrations and test drives Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business Guide customers through pricing, trade-in evaluations, and the sales process Utilize CRM and dealership software to manage customer communication Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, email, and digital tools Professional appearance and demeanor Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license with a good driving record About Us Haggerty Auto Group includes Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet in Glen Ellyn, Haggerty Buick/GMC in Villa Park, and Haggerty Ford in West Chicago.
