Budd Baer Automotive is hiring automotive sales consultants to join our Mazda and Subaru sales teams. Whether you have automotive sales experience or youre coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, or another customer-facing role, we want to hear from you. Automotive experience is not required. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. Top-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn $150,000+ per year, while joining a family-owned automotive group that has served Western Pennsylvania since 1975.

What Youll Do

• Help customers find the new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs
• Build relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and options
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Explain available purchase and lease options
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat and referral business
• Complete manufacturer and dealership product training
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction through vehicle delivery
