Certified Nurse Assistant
Rockdale Healthcare Center, a renowned Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Conyers, GA. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nurse Assistant at Rockdale Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication administration and other treatments as directed by licensed nurses
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and HIPAA guidelines
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, prioritizing resident needs and preferences
- Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Current Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or special training in healthcare preferred
- 0 years of experience in healthcare; eager to start your career in this rewarding field
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
