Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOURLY RATE AND COMPENSATION RANGE The annual compensation range includes potential commissions. The hourly rate determined by your experience in the insurance industry as well as current licensing status. Candidates with limited or no experience and without current insurance licensing will be considered at the lower end of the hourly range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Hourly rate is $21.50 - $26.50 per hour plus commission Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
