Role Description The Plumber Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and piping for commercial properties, following applicable codes and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing preventative maintenance, completing service calls, and documenting work performed. You will operate tools and equipment safely, collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role also involves interacting with customers on-site, explaining work performed, and ensuring a professional, respectful experience.
Qualifications

Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repairs.
Experience working with various pipe types and related fittings, tools, and materials.
Proven background in maintenance and repair, including routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, with clear communication and professional conduct on-site.
Relevant trade training, apprenticeship, or certification in plumbing (state licensing as required).
Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and complete accurate service documentation.
Physical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the greater Atlanta metro area.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and willingness to adhere to safety and company policies.
