HR Generalist / Payroll, Phoenix, AZ - We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity–backed healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year-over-year growth through acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on payroll exposure in a complex, multi-entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale. Manages Human Resource department assuring timely filing of all employees documents and maintains confidentiality and security of all employee information and files.

- Monitors overtime and brings to market manager's attention when excessive.

- Processes all new hire wages for management's approval.

- Ensures hiring process is in compliance with company policy, state and federal guidelines.

- Oversees HR functions, seeing that orderly, efficient, and correct procedures are followed.

- Maintains all Federal I-9 and W-4 forms as required by law. Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
