Network Administration Manager

Network Administration Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust network infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our network systems and applications. ****3 days onsite*** Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network performance to identify and resolve issues promptly. Manage and administer our Microsoft Azure environment, including virtual machines, storage, and networking resources. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our network from unauthorized access and threats. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that network infrastructure meets the needs of the business. Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies and best practices. Qualifications Experience as a Network Administrator. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, Remote Desktop, Hyper‑V, and Microsoft Azure. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
