Epic Analyst, MyChart

Overview Epic Analyst, MyChart — University of Miami Health System (UHealth). This is a full-time role in the IT Department. Core Responsibilities Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users; identify issues and resolve them. Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic MyChart configuration and workflows. Support all phases of testing and document workflow design. Analyze information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts to the workflow. Provide day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets, implement requested changes, and retrieve data promptly. Collaborate with trainers on application changes and new features to develop documentation and training strategies. Assist with analyzing the impact of information technology in clinical work processes. Participate in on-call rotations and support; attend applicable committees; maintain regular communication with team and participate in weekly project team meetings. Review project status and issues with leadership; become knowledgeable about UHealth policies, procedures, and business operations; adhere to University and unit-level policies and safeguard university assets.
