Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education)
• Certification from the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs, administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).

Downtown Lawrenceville is home to the Brunswick County Courthouse area and sits about 20 miles from Lake Gaston, a destination for boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation. The town is located along U.S. Route 58 and U.S. Route 1, providing road access to South Hill in about 20 minutes and Emporia in about 35 minutes for dining, shopping, and daily conveniences. For weekend travel, Petersburg is roughly 70 miles north and Raleigh is about 95 miles south, giving clinicians access to larger city amenities while working in a quieter rural setting.
