Mental Health Therapist

Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families Manage caseloads spanning mild to complex and severe mental health needs Provide care in person through a private or group practice, with virtual network support as applicable Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises as needed Use evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices Work with clients in Hanover and Jaffrey Complete administrative activities such as scheduling, billing, invoicing, and self-promotion with Lyra support Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD) Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent practice without supervision No current, past, or pending disciplinary action Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families Strong preference for in-person care delivery Office space with ability to see clients in the New Hampshire area Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises Full-time resident of the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to diverse populations, including children, adults, couples, and families. Proficient in managing clinical risk and crises while utilizing best practices in mental health care.
