Staff Management | SMX is currently hiring motivated, safety conscious individuals to work as Manufacturing or Packaging Associates at our client's facility in Asheboro, NC. Immediate openings available.

Pay Range: $14.75 - $18.50/hour

No prior experience required. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth. In this role, you will work directly on fast-paced battery packaging and manufacturing lines, ensuring products meet strict high-volume manufacturing goals.

Job Responsibilities

Continuous, manual loading of components onto high-speed production lines; Hand-pack finished product into boxes, stack cases onto pallets and secure loads for transport; Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards

Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for the full duration of a10-to-12-hour shift; Able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.; Repetitive use of hands and wrist for quick grasping, sorting, and packing; Able to go up and down stairs multiple times per day.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.75 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
