Senior Social Art Director At DraftKings, AI is becoming an integral part of how work is done today, guiding smarter decisions and shaping bold ideas. What you’ll do You will develop social-first creative built for paid media performance, translate campaign strategies into platform-native storytelling, lead editors, motion designers, and creators through execution, build scalable creative systems, partner with marketing and paid media teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative performance, and use cultural insights, AI tools, and performance data to improve creative output and campaign results. What you’ll bring At least 5 years of experience in creative, art direction, or social content development. Strong conceptual thinking with experience creating high-performing paid social campaigns. Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience attention across short-form video platforms. Experience collaborating with editors, designers, creators, and cross-functional marketing teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
