While some sales experience and a degree with general business courses is helpful, our mix of in‑house and virtual training, paired with continuing education, helps you build the foundation necessary to launch your agency. No prior capital or assets are required. Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products within your agency as your main focus.
