HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Status: Full-Time Salaried Exempt Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 Who We Are Sage Solutions Group is a dynamic HR consulting organization dedicated to helping businesses build strong, compliant, and people-focused workplaces. What You Will Do Advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters Conducting workplace investigations and preparing documentation and recommendations Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives Developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs Conducting HR audits and helping clients maintain compliance with employment laws Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness Supporting organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements Traveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred Why Join Sage Solutions Group?
