Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A growing healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Queens.

About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day
• EMR: eClinicalworks

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population
• Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate
• Bachelor's Degree
• One of the following NYS licensures: FNP, ANP, and/or PA
• Bilingual (English and Bengali)
• Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification
