General Production Worker – Build Quality Products With a Growing, Hands‑On Team

As a General Production Worker, you’ll help build high‑quality pre‑hung doors using modern machinery, hand tools, and power tools. What You’ll Do

You’ll be an essential part of the production process by:

• Operating stitching machines and casing machines safely and efficiently

• Using nail guns, staplers, and hand tools to assemble jambs and casings

• Pulling molding orders and staging materials for the production line

• Operating a forklift to move stock and load finished pallets

• (Training provided if you’re not certified yet)

This role offers variety, steady workflow, and the satisfaction of building a finished product every day.

What You Bring

• Experience in production, assembly, construction, or general labor

• Ability to operate machines, forklifts, and packaging equipment

• Comfort using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/32"

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for the full shift

• Ability to lift and move doors weighing 50–75 lbs

• Reliable attendance and the ability to read production tickets and safety instructions

• A positive attitude and a strong team mindset

First shift 6:30am - 2pm

This is a Contract position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
