Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve strength, safety, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered culture that values dignity, compassion, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
