Print Packaging Project Manager

The ideal or trainable Project Manager candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Printing Industry Experience : Background in the printing industry is required, including experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Printing, Packaging, Flexographic (Ftexo}, or Digital Printing.

• Customer Service Experience : Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, manage expectations, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Estimating Experience : Familiarity with job costing, quoting, and estimating processes within a printing or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of Board Grades : Basic understanding of paperboard types, grades, and their applications in packaging and printing.

• Prepress Knowledge:  Working knowledge of prepress processes, including file preparation, proofing, and print readiness.

• Computer Proficiency : Competency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to learn industry-specific systems such as ERP or MIS platforms.
