Matt Castrucci Automall is seeking qualified service advisors to join our rapidly growing service departments. Seeking applicants with 2+ years experience in a new car dealership, we are looking for the best of the best. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus, customer relations are paramount. If you are a top advisor at your current store, and out of room to grow, please apply to work with our top advisors. Our team of experienced writers and technicians make for a great working environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer service calls
Set and confirm appointments
Write repair orders
Work between the technician and customer
Assist your client through the service process
Work with warranty company to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure
