Responsibility includes contributing to the development of techniques to aid in the efficiency of these tasks./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliAccurate matching of invoice to purchase order receipts via ERP./liliAccurate coding of Accounts Payable invoices and expense reports./liliTimely processing of Accounts Payable invoices into ERP system./liliGenerates weekly check runs on a timely basis./liliReconciles monthly credit card statements./liliPrepares yearly 1099 forms./liliMaintains Docuware and Concur software./liliContributes to the development of concepts and techniques to complete tasks in creative and effective ways./liliUses judgment and initiative to make recommendations for solutions./li/ulpQualifications/ppEducation:/pulliRequires a high school education or equivalent, prefer an Associate Degree or technical certification equivalent to an Associate Degree in Accounting/li/ulpExperience:/pulliMinimum of two years work-related experience in Accounts Payables.
