As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will frequently engage with professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for every client. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional state, and specific needs. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each client's recovery goals. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to client needs. Track and monitor client progress rigorously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute psychological episodes, ensuring client safety and stabilization. Maintain meticulous client records that adhere to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to treatment discussions and treatment plan evaluations with other mental health professionals. Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and supervision sessions, thereby enhancing your clinical skills. Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by relevant licensing organizations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and various mood disorders. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Must possess a valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW). Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on comprehensive patient evaluations. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that facilitate rapport-building with clients. Empathy and compassion, demonstrating a commitment to the mental and emotional well-being of clients. Ability to work independently while also effectively collaborating with a team of professionals. Deep understanding of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice. Proactive in pursuing ongoing professional development, learning, and application of the latest treatment methodologies. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy and treatment to diverse populations. Experience with telehealth systems is a plus, highlighting adaptability to remote therapeutic practices. Compensation and Benefits Attractive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
