What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day branch operations.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across operational teams.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime to align with business needs.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop operational employees and supervisors.
• Support a positive, high-performance team culture through leadership and recognition.
• Improve operational processes, inventory management, routing efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Conduct field visits and support operational teams in the warehouse, branch, and customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and safe work practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments and diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in water treatment, service operations, route delivery, distribution, or a related industry is a plus.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the location's General Manager and leads key operational team members, including the Service Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Route Delivery Supervisor, and Inventory Coordinator.

Physical & Work Environment

This position works across office, warehouse, vehicle, branch, and customer-site environments. The role may require standing, walking, site visits, and the ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Target Salary Range: $xx,000 – $xx,000 salary a year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
