Job Summary

Hiring a Delivery Driver in Milwaukie, OR to deliver, set up, and retrieve medical equipment for patients in homes, hospitals, retirement communities, and care facilities. This role involves operating a non-CDL box truck, following a daily route, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring equipment is safely delivered and assembled. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, lifting equipment, and interacting directly with patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a non-CDL box truck to deliver and retrieve medical equipment throughout the assigned service area.

• Follow established delivery routes and schedules while maintaining efficient time management.

• Deliver, assemble, install, and remove medical equipment, including hospital beds, oxygen equipment, and related supplies.

• Educate patients and caregivers on the proper and safe use of medical equipment.

• Accurately document deliveries, setups, and pickups using a company-issued tablet.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to load, unload, and return equipment for cleaning and inventory purposes.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle while following all company safety standards and traffic regulations.

• Provide professional and compassionate customer service during all patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to safely operate a non-CDL box truck.

• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working independently and managing daily routes.

• Basic tablet or mobile device proficiency for documentation and reporting.

• Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience is preferred.

• Experience working with medical equipment or in healthcare-related environments is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Excellent Benefits Package - Employee-owned company Company Vehicle to take home. Insurance, maintenance, gas is all paid. Overtime available On Call 1 day a week and 1 weekend ever 6 weeks. $35 for one night, 135 for weekend. 1 holiday a year-8 hours paid + $85/day.
