What You’ll Do:

Support our Commercial Lines Insurance Broker with day-to-day service needs

Manage and maintain client files with accuracy and attention to detail

Assist with marketing accounts to multiple insurance carriers

Provide sales support to the team

Help strengthen and develop long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organized self-starter who takes pride in delivering quality work

Strong customer service mindset with excellent phone and communication skills

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Commercial Insurance License is an asset (not required)
