What You'll Do

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

What's Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competence with a variety of computer applications
• Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families

• Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable.
• Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a team
• Your flexibility when adapting to each child's unique needs
• Your strong communication skills and comfort partnering with families and BCBAs to support each child's progress
