Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Hagerstown, MD

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Float to other units in rotation with staff, in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards and facility compliance requirements
• Complete required orientation and annual training modules through the designated learning portal

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Emergency Room clinical experience
• Ability to work nights, including some holidays and weekends
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Travelers returning after one year must have a minimum 90-day separation before being eligible to return

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Familiarity with Relias or Net Learning training platforms
