While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. • Provide call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Conduct clinic hours from Wednesday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Manage a patient load of 18 to 20 per day in the clinic, with up to 6 patients on busier hospital days.
• Perform routine deliveries and C-sections as required.
• Handle approximately 40 births per month, with a C-section rate of 25%.
• Work with a patient mix of 85% low risk and 15% high risk.
• Maintain NRP certification and hospital privileges.
