What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently in a fast-paced ER setting

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license and Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (required upfront)
• BLS certification
• Prior ER or Emergency Department experience, preferably 1+ years
• Critical thinking and emotional stability in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with trauma or critically ill patients
• Ability to function independently under general guidance
