Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Language Pathologist License required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to working collaboratively with teachers, families, and fellow specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary caseloads
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Track student progress and adapt interventions for optimal results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and support compliance with school and state requirements
