Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on product selection based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide excellent customer service when delivering parts to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto parts retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
