Job Title: Truck Team Member / Junk Removal Specialist Job Type: Full-Time M-F 7am until finished, overtime required where necessary Pay: $14.00-$15.00 + Tips Location: Shreveport, LA #SHLA Job Summary We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Truck Team Members (Junk Removal Specialists). In this role, you’ll work alongside a teammate to provide on-site junk removal services while delivering excellent customer service. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Drive or ride in a company truck to customer locations Lift, load, and remove items such as furniture, appliances, and debris Provide on-site pricing estimates based on volume Accept and process payments Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule Requirements Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Must pass background check, drug test Fast-paced, physically demanding role Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying Location/Region: Shreveport, LA #J-18808-Ljbffr
