Floyd's Barbershop is seeking a full-time Assistant Shop Lead to join our team in Annapolis, MD. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to work behind the chair. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $32,000 - $100,000/year. As an Assistant Shop Lead, you will partner with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards and provide support to the team. Your daily responsibilities will include mentoring barbers and stylists, assisting with recruiting efforts, and managing essential shop operations such as inventory, purchase orders, and month-end reporting.
